There are two methods to reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in your Hyundai Santa Fe. Typically, the first method works without needing any tools. However, if it doesn't, you'll require a relearn tool for the reset. Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure, which you can find on the placard inside the door jamb. Take a drive for at least 10 minutes at speeds over 30 miles per hour to allow the system to update the sensor readings in each tire. If the first method doesn't succeed, after adjusting the tire pressures, utilize a scanning tool to check each tire's sensor. Begin with the left front tire and move around the vehicle in a clockwise manner. Once completed, switch the ignition to ON (without starting the engine), connect the tool to the OBD-II port to upload the sensor information, turn off the ignition, re-scan each sensor, and drive the vehicle as previously instructed.

To reset the tire pressure monitor (TPMS) system on your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, first, turn the ignition key to the "on" position. Then find the TPMS button, usually located under the dashboard, and press it until the TPMS light blinks multiple times. After that, start your car and keep it running for at least 20 minutes, and your TPMS system will be reset.
