To recalibrate the tire pressure on your 2012 Ford Fusion, start by parking in a safe location and ensuring that the tire pressure is set correctly. The recommended tire pressure is 34 psi for both front and rear P205/60R16 tires, 35 psi for both front and rear P225/45R18 tires, and 33 psi for both front and rear P225/50R17 tires. Once the tires are at the proper pressure, switch the car to the on position without starting the engine. Next, quickly press the hazard lights button 6 times within 10 seconds. If done correctly, you will hear a single beep from the horn. Begin the recalibration process at the front driver's tire using the relearn tool near the valve stem, then repeat this for the front right tire, right rear tire, and left rear tire. After each tire, you will hear a beep from the horn. Finally, turn the vehicle off and then back on to complete the process.

To begin, put the key into the ignition and keep it in the 0 or initial position. Next, press and hold the sel/reset knob or button on the right side of the steering wheel. Turn on the headlights, and while continuously pressing the sel/reset button, turn the headlights off, then back on, and off again within five seconds. Let go of the sel/reset button, then quickly press it three times in three seconds. Finally, turn off the ignition.
