If the tire light illuminates in your 2014 Lexus ES350, start by inspecting each tire for screws or nails. Then, refill the tires to the recommended pressure level indicated on the decal located in the driver's door jamb. After adjusting the tire pressure, you can proceed to reset the TPMS system. To accomplish this, turn the vehicle to the on position (without starting the engine) and press the TPMS reset button located on the lower part of the dashboard. Keep holding the button until the TPMS light flashes, then turn off the vehicle and restart it – the light should then turn off.

To reset the tire pressure monitoring system or TPMS in your Lexus ES 350, first turn the ignition key to the "on" position. Press the TPMS button, typically found under the dashboard, until the TPMS light blinks multiple times. Then, start your vehicle and allow it to run for a minimum of 20 minutes to complete the TPMS reset process.
