To reset the low tire pressure sensor on a 2016 Ford Escape, you will require a TPMS reset tool. Once you have the tool, make sure you are parked safely, turn off the car, engage the emergency brake, tap the brake pedal, cycle the ignition on and off three times, ending with it in the on position without starting the engine. Press the brake pedal for 2 seconds, turn the ignition off without removing the key, turn the ignition from off to on three times, finishing with it in the on position without starting the car. You'll hear the horn sound once. Using the TPMS reset tool, place it by the valve stem on the driver's front tire, then repeat on the passenger front tire, passenger rear tire, and finally the driver rear tire. Turn the ignition off to complete the process.
