In order to recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on your 2018 Ford F-250, you will require a specialized relearn tool. First, park the vehicle and turn off the ignition. Depress and release the brake pedal. Without starting the vehicle, turn the key in the ignition to the on position, then off, repeating this process three times, with the final position being on. Press the brake pedal again and release. Turn off the ignition without removing the key. Repeat the previous step of turning the ignition on and off three times, ending with it on. Once done correctly, the horn will sound twice and "TRAIN LEFT FRONT TIRE" will be displayed. Use the relearn tool to scan the sensor by placing it near the valve stem starting from the front left tire, and proceed clockwise around the vehicle. Each successful sensor will trigger a chirp from the horn and the tire learning message will vanish. Turn off the ignition and adjust the tire pressure as indicated on the placard.
