To start resetting the tire pressure monitor system light, you should first verify that your tires are filled to the recommended level of 35 PSI for both the front and rear tires. It's okay if they are slightly under 35 PSI, but try to keep it close to that number. If you don't have a tire pressure gauge, you can easily buy one for about $15. Once you've checked and adjusted the tire pressure, simply drive for a few miles at a speed of 20 mph or higher. The vehicle will automatically calibrate itself, and the light should go off.

To recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system on your 2017 Buick Encore, first insert the ignition key and switch it to the "on" position. Then, press the TPMS button, typically found beneath the dashboard, until the TPMS indicator light flashes repeatedly. After that, start your car and allow it to idle for at least 20 minutes to complete the reset process for your vehicle's TPMS system.
