To reset the tire pressure monitoring system on the 2019 Ford Ranger without using a tool, start by ensuring that you are parked safely and that the tire pressure is correct. The recommended tire pressure for most sizes is 35 psi for both the front and rear tires, except for the LT265/65R17 size which should be at 38 psi for both front and rear. Once you've checked and adjusted the tire pressure, turn the ignition on and locate the tpms button, which can be found under the dash, on the instrument panel, or in the glovebox. Press and hold the button until the light blinks a few times. Start the truck, let it run for about 20 minutes, then turn it off and back on again.
