I had a problem where I lost sound on my Uconnect radio and the heat was stuck on high 🙂 I found four different suggestions for a soft reset, but none of them fixed the issue with my 2014 Charger SRT 😟 The only thing that worked for me was disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds and then reconnecting it. All my settings stayed the same except I had to switch back to using metric units. Hopefully, this solution can help someone else facing the same problems! 🙂
