On the latest Dodge Grand Caravan models, there's a new way to close the 3rd-row side windows. Instead of using a latch like on older models, you'll now find a switch on the driver's door armrest, right behind the lock switch. For the older vans, simply pull in and lock the small latch to close the windows. As a last resort, if the latch isn't working, you can replace it for around $30 to $50, depending on the brand and quality.
