You can locate the fuse box under the hood or to the left of the steering wheel. Fuses are easy to replace, so it's a good idea to check them first. Additionally, a malfunctioning temperature sensor near the fan motor could lead to erratic behavior from the actuator and inaccurate temperature readings.
