Taking off the front bumper of a 2006 Toyota Tundra is a task that I'd rate as moderately challenging. It's not as complex as some other mechanical jobs and can typically be tackled at home using basic hand tools. First, you'll need to detach the front wheel well liners by unscrewing and unclipping them. Once those are loose, you can take out the bolts on the lower part of the bumper that attach it to the body panels. After those are removed, you can undo the bolts located on the top of the bumper within the engine compartment. Then, simply pull the bumper out to release it from the clips and it will come off.
