The Ford Transit comes with a security alarm feature. While it's useful for protecting your belongings and your car from theft, it can be a hassle if the alarm goes off accidentally. You can easily turn off the alarm by getting into the driver's seat and locating the controls on the center console. Press and hold the select or reset button for five seconds, then release it. The alarm should stop sounding, and ensure there are no warning lights on your dashboard. Your alarm system is now reset.
