To reprogram the alarm on your Acura, you have two choices. You can either open the hood and disconnect the positive battery cable for around 30 minutes. This will deplete the power in the CPU and prompt the system to reset itself the next time it is activated. Alternatively, you can remove the fuse from the fuse box and wait for a similar period. This method achieves the same result but is more specific. Disconnecting the battery will reset multiple systems, while pulling the fuse only resets the alarm. However, you will need to reference the fuse diagram to identify the correct one.

I had to disconnect my car's headlights, and even when I reconnect them, the alarm keeps blaring. What should I do about this noise issue?

This morning, as I sat in my driveway, my alarm kept repeatedly sounding. After checking out advice from various ACURA forums, it appeared that the issue might be caused by a depleted key fob battery. I separated the switchblade key from the fob, and that temporarily solved the problem. I plan to pick up a new battery for my key fob later today.

I require assistance with my 2003 Acura 3.2 TL. Last Saturday, I drove just two blocks from my home but when I tried to continue from the stop sign, the car wouldn't start. Although it turned over, there wasn't any spark, and it seemed to have entered security mode. Does anyone have a solution for this situation?

A 2014 Acura TL was in a crash where the airbag deployed and now it won't start.

I will attempt to fix the issue since the car alarm isn't activating when I lock it, so I expect to hear a noise.
