How do you disable MyKey without the original key? I purchased a pre-owned 2010 F-150 and did not receive any of the original keys, so I am unable to deactivate it. Does anyone know how to do so without the administrator key? Appreciate any assistance!

The only way to deactivate Mykey is by using a software called FORScan or by visiting a Ford dealership to have an admin key created. Ford dealerships can disable it, but they often don't do it without charging you a hefty fee, plus tax. It's frustrating dealing with their sneaky tactics. I'm fed up with Ford and am considering switching to a Tesla.
