  To deactivate the seat belt alarms in the Ford F-150, follow these steps: Shut the doors, engage the parking brake, and turn off the headlights. Remove your seatbelt and turn the key off. Turn the key back on and wait for a few minutes until the seatbelt warning lights go out. Buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt three times, leaving it unbuckled at the end. This should cause the seatbelt warning to toggle on and off. Once it stops, buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt again to disable the alarm.

  Insert your key and turn it to the on position. Keep an eye out for the seatbelt warning lights to turn off. Then, buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt three times, making sure to end with the belt unbuckled. The warning light should illuminate again. Once it goes off, buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt one final time.

  All the doors are shut. The parking brake is engaged. The headlights are not illuminated. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position without starting the vehicle. The seatbelt warning light will stay lit for around one to one and a half minutes. Fasten and unfasten the seatbelt four times (number may vary depending on the year of the vehicle) until the seatbelt warning light illuminates again. Finally, fasten and unfasten the seatbelt one more time while the seatbelt light is on - the light will flash indicating that the chime has been turned off.

  None of those methods are effective for my 2004 Ford F-150.
