How can the seats of a Honda Odyssey be removed?

On the latest Honda Odyssey model, the fifth generation, you have the option to not only take out the third row of seats but also the second row. To do this, start by taking out the center seat. Fold the back of the seat to the "armrest" position and then release the lever located near the bottom of the middle seat. After that, you can remove the other two seats if you wish. To remove them, fold the seat forward by pulling the unlabeled middle lever on the outside of the seat. Once the seat is folded, use the front removal lever to take it out.

Taking out the seats in a Honda Odyssey is a pretty simple task. There's a release lever located at the back of the seat that you can move upwards to unlock it. Lift the back of the seat to disengage it from the lock, then slide it back until it is fully detached from the floor.
