You can't adjust the calibration. Simply insert a credit card under the button you want to press. I tried it today and it actually worked. It may not be perfect, but it gets the job done. Plus, it's not like you have to constantly change or add devices anyway.

Attempting to reset the functionality of the touch screen to ensure accurate responsiveness at the bottom area. Currently, when touching the bottom of the screen, the area above it is the one that reacts. It is expected that I will be able to realign or calibrate this issue.

I brought my Corolla in for recalibration, and they charged me $200. They used compressed air on the screen and then said it needed to be replaced, costing $1200. They claimed the touch screen couldn't be recalibrated. It might be wiser to opt for an aftermarket stereo instead.
