To deactivate the accessory mode in your Honda Civic, simply push the power button to switch off the car completely. Next, press the power button and brake simultaneously to start the car and get going. You can usually stay in accessory mode for around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on what features are being used, such as the radio, fan blower, cabin lights, etc. Another option is the ACC/ACCESSORY position, which enables you to operate the radio, windshield wipers, and other accessories with the engine turned off.
