To turn off the ECO mode on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, you can do so through the menu settings. Navigate to the personal settings option and find the display fuel settings. Alternatively, you can simply press the green ECO button on the main console dash to disable the mode. While ECO mode helps save fuel, it can make the engine and accelerator less responsive, which may be inconvenient in emergencies when you need to drive quickly.

Not every 2017 vehicle includes the green eco mode button you mentioned. In fact, neither of my two 2017 sports cars have that particular button you're referring to.

I own a 2017 sport model, but it doesn't have the green button. The only option is to access it through the menu, which is quite complex. I'm surprised by how distinct the unlimited series is, and I used to consider the sport jk as a top-tier model, but it turns out it's actually the base model lacking many desirable features.
