If your 2018 Honda Accord has power mirrors, you'll need to activate them from inside the car and won't be able to adjust them by hand. These mirrors weren't included in the base model but could be found in higher trim levels or added with an aftermarket kit. The folding switch for the mirrors is on the driver's side door, with a mirror controller allowing you to adjust their position and select which mirror you're controlling.
The 2018 Honda Accord is not equipped with power-folding side mirrors.
