I've had to take the seats out of my Ford Transit 350 XLT several times. I'll guide you through it as simply as possible; it's not too difficult, just a bit tedious. To start, you'll need a T50 and T55 TorxBit with an extension and ratchet, along with a screwdriver. First, pull the seat levers located underneath the seats. If these are missing, like if you got your Transit secondhand from a business fleet, you can use zip ties to create makeshift levers. Loop them through the small plastic lever, pull on both simultaneously, roll the seat forward, tilt it, and then remove it from the van. This method applies to the back seats. Removing the second row of seats is a bit more challenging; pull the latch, keep it open using a screwdriver, unlatch the far side, and take out the entire section. For individual seats, use the TorxBits to unscrew the bolts hidden under the trim. Go through each one, and you'll transform your van from a passenger to a cargo setup. Best of luck!
