For the Bluetooth in Your 2010 Ford Focus to work, you must pair a phone with the SYNC system. You can only use one phone at a time for making and receiving calls. To pair Your phone, turn on Your phone, vehicle, and Radio/SYNC. Ensure Your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable. Access the Phone Menu by pressing the Phone button and following the prompts to add a device. Search for SYNC on Your phone's Bluetooth menu and enter the displayed number. Grant permission to SYNC on Your phone. Exit the pairing process on the Ford Focus' SYNC display and on Your phone. All set!
