For a quick and easy approach, you can disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for at least 30 minutes. However, this method is not always reliable as some issues may persist even after the power is cut. Alternatively, the manufacturer's recommended reset procedure involves inserting the key into the ignition, turning it to the ON position (without starting the engine), then turning the key back one click and pressing the button on the alarm box located under the steering wheel three times. If the reset is successful, you will hear two horn honks.
