To reset the oil life on a 2018 Kia Soul, first, enter the driver's seat and close the doors. Turn the ignition ON without starting the engine. For vehicles with an ignition button, press it twice without pressing the brake pedal. Locate and press the top left button among the cluster of buttons on the right side of the steering wheel until the USER SETTINGS menu shows up. Navigate to SERVICE INTERVAL and select it using the OK button. Then, choose RESET to reset the oil life back to 100%. Confirm by turning off the ignition and starting the engine to ensure it saved. If needed, you can also choose the ADJUST INTERVAL option to modify the service reminder interval instead of resetting it.
