To silence the door chime in the Ford F-150, first ensure the ignition is off, seat belts are unbuckled, and all doors are closed. Turn the ignition to on without starting the engine, allowing electricity to flow. When the seatbelt warning light goes off (approximately one minute), quickly buckle and unbuckle the seat belt 3 times within 30 seconds of the light turning off, ending with the belt unbuckled. The light will come back on; repeat the buckle and unbuckle process 3 more times until the light flashes. This action will successfully deactivate the door chime.
