To replace a tire on your Ford Flex, first ensure you're in a flat and secure location. Park on a solid, level ground to prevent the car from moving. If you're by a road, park away from traffic with your hazard lights on. Avoid soft ground and inclines. Activate the parking brake and shift the car to "Park." Gather your spare tire and jack. Position the jack under the frame near the flat tire. Raise the jack until it supports the car securely. Loosen the nuts and remove the wheel. Replace it with the spare tire or a regular one, and tighten the nuts.
Service your vehicle every 7500 miles, starting from the front and moving towards the rear.
Lift the vehicle using a jack and loosen the nuts to take off the wheel and tire. Put on the spare tire (or the regular tire) and secure it with the nuts.
