Removing the steering column cover on a Ford Focus can be a bit tricky. Start by taking off the cover on the steering wheel. Find the seam where the cover parts meet and locate the screws holding it in place. Unscrew these screws, separate the seam, and the cover should come off. Next, look at the bottom of the column to find bolts securing it. Remove these bolts and slide the column out carefully. Be sure not to pull too hard, as there will be wires that need to be disconnected. Carefully remove the wires before the cover is completely free.
