How do you unlock the fuel cap on a FIAT 500?

The gas tank of the FIAT 500 is located at the rear passenger side of the car, inside the cargo frame. When refueling, you can access the tank by opening the door using the indentation on the left side of the flap. The gas cap has a self-closing spring-loaded opening, so you don't need to release it. To fill up, insert the fuel nozzle until it shuts off, then wait 10 seconds for any remaining gas to drain out. Snap the door back into place once you're done. The FIAT 500 can hold up to 10.5 gallons of premium unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 97 or higher. Some vehicles may require higher octane levels for proper functioning, especially those with higher compression in the combustion chamber.
