I don't understand why someone would think that changing the oil is a difficult task that needs special tools. The RSX does have a filter that is positioned sideways, making it a bit challenging, but the other person seems to not have much knowledge about it. You'll need about 5 quarts of oil and it should only take around 20 minutes with just one wrench.
