Where can you access the firmware to see if that makes a difference? I recently had my device checked, and they determined it's not a software issue but rather an issue with an open wire. They suggested replacing the radio, but I'm hesitant to do so.

Give it a shot and press the tiny button located on the radio's front. It's as small as a pin.
