If the USB port on your 2017 Chevy Traverse isn't working properly, it's likely due to a hardware or software issue. Even though USB ports are incredibly handy, they are more susceptible to particles getting in because they are exposed. This means that food, dust, and other debris can easily sneak into the port. Normally, when you plug in a device to a USB port, the device is automatically detected. If it's not, then there may be an issue with the port itself. Sometimes, USB ports can stop working on their own, or they can be damaged by external force.
A faulty USB fuse is often the main culprit when your USB port stops functioning properly.
