Adjusting the clock on a Ford F-150 is a simple task, but the process varies depending on the stereo system. If you have the basic stereo without a touch screen, you can set the time by holding down the CLK button until the hours start flashing. Then, use the seek button to adjust the hours up or down, followed by pressing CLK again to make the minutes flash and adjusting them with the seek button. Once you're finished, release the buttons for ten seconds to set the clock. If you have a screen, you can easily access the clock setting by going to the settings menu, scrolling to clock, and selecting set time. Then, use the number pad to set the clock to the correct time.

My vehicle is equipped with an RDS button that needs to be pressed two times to activate the light. The initial press will display "RDS Off," while the second click will cause the light to flash and show the option to select the hours. You can then adjust the time using the up and down select buttons.
