Absolutely not! Despite claims to the contrary, the 2017 MDX does not include Android Auto, not even with the tech package. I personally own a 2017 MDX with the tech package and can confirm that it does not have Android Auto. Additionally, the idea of swapping out the head unit to enable Android Auto is simply not feasible. The 2017 MDX features dual displays that are largely incompatible with such modifications. The only solution I've come across to enable Android Auto is Navtool, which costs around $600.
