The 2018 INFINITI Q50 didn't have Apple CarPlay as a standard feature, and until now, there hasn't been any available updates to include it in this model. Apple CarPlay connectivity wasn't offered by INFINITI until the 2020 models. If you really desire to have it in your car, you can opt for an aftermarket navigation system; however, it could be quite pricey, ranging from $300 to over $600. Unless you have the technical expertise, it's recommended to have a mechanic install it, further increasing the total cost.
