Additionally, other notable Mercedes vehicles that also offer CarPlay capabilities are the A-Class, B-Class, CLA-Class, CLS-Class, E-Class, GLA-Class, and GLE-Class from 2016 to 2020, the E-Class, GLS-Class, and SL-Class from 2017 to 2020, the S-Class from 2018 to 2020, and the C-Class from 2019 to 2020. Although it may seem insignificant, CarPlay is considered a crucial safety feature. Apple argues that their user-friendly interface helps drivers keep their focus on the road instead of their phones, reducing the risk of accidents. If you already use Apple products, it is beneficial to make full use of CarPlay if it is available in your car. Fortunately, the 2018 GLC does offer this feature.
