The 2008 Ford Mustang is offered in four different trim levels: V6 Deluxe, V6 Premium, GT Deluxe, and GT Premium, available as coupe or convertible models. Bluetooth connectivity was available as an optional feature at every trim level through Ford's SYNC service. If you didn't upgrade your Mustang or prefer not to use the SYNC system, there are alternative solutions available. You can purchase a Bluetooth receiver to use with any head unit, or upgrade to a compatible head unit from brands like Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Alpine, Boss, or others that provide Bluetooth connectivity. Rest assured, there are options available for you no matter your situation.

Certainly! Indeed, the 2008 Ford Mustang offers the option to integrate Bluetooth technology by utilizing SYNC with your mobile device. This feature is available on all four trims - V6 Deluxe, V6 Premium, GT Deluxe, and GT Premium.

There are five tiers in total - the four mentioned earlier and mine, which is the GT500. I'm curious about the purpose of the "phone" button.

It's not an option for the basic v6 model, but it's offered on all the other variants. I own a 2010 base v6, and although the buttons are present, the feature needs to be added during assembly. Unfortunately, this feature is not accessible on my model.
