In short, yes, you can definitely catch some Z's in a Ford Escape. While it might not be the most luxurious sleeping spot, there's enough space to squeeze in a quick nap. I've heard of people taking their Escape camping and spending a few nights sleeping in it. The Escape offers 90.7 cubic feet of passenger space. Keep in mind, the taller you are, the more cramped it'll feel, and if you're a restless sleeper, space might be tight. Personally, I've been able to doze off on a rock, so the back seat of a Ford Escape would be a definite upgrade for me.
