Since 2016, Toyota began providing memory seats on the top-tier trim options for the Camry. However, this feature is not included in the base model Camrys. While in 2016, only the XLE B-Class had this feature, newer models will offer it in some lower trim levels. To determine if your vehicle has memory seats, check the specific trim and year. If your car is equipped with memory seats, you will notice a set of controls on the sides of the seat that allow you to adjust your settings or reset them to the factory defaults.

Some folks in other responses are mixing up memory seats and power seats. Just to clarify, the Toyota Camry does not come with memory seats, but it does have power seats. If you want memory seats, you'll need to opt for the Toyota Avalon instead.
