My Sienna 2019 has the same issue. I attempted the steps below, but they didn't work. It seems like this feature isn't already installed in all Sienna 2019 models... 1. First, press the LOCK button on the remote. 2. Then, press the LOCK button again within 1 second. 3. Finally, press and hold the LOCK button for 3 seconds.

I reached out to Toyota, and they informed me that the 2019 Toyota Sienna does not include the Siena as a standard feature, despite the information available online stating otherwise.
