Dodge no longer offers the Magnum, with its last iteration manufactured from 2004 to 2008, corresponding to the 2005 to 2008 model years. On November 1, 2007, Chrysler announced it would stop producing the Magnum along with three other models: the PT Cruiser convertible, the Crossfire, and the Pacifica, due to insufficient profitability. Production for the Dodge Magnum officially ceased on March 28, 2008, and it was subsequently replaced by the Dodge Journey. The Magnum's sales were never stellar, reaching a peak of 52,487 units in 2005 before declining significantly to 40,095 in 2006 and 30,256 in 2007.
