The 2012 Honda Accord didn't have a rearview camera as a standard feature but it was available as an optional upgrade for an extra $800 when buying a new vehicle. In 2013, Honda made the rearview camera a standard feature on all Accord models. Therefore, 2012 was the final year in which it wasn't included across all trims. If you own an older model without a camera and wish to have one, you can easily install an aftermarket camera on your vehicle.
