The 2018 Cadillac XT5 does not include a CD player as a standard feature, and GM does not offer any upgrade packages or trim levels that include one. However, it is possible to install a CD player using aftermarket kits, which cost a few hundred dollars and require some electrical expertise to install. Keep in mind that the CD player will be added to the glove box if you choose to install it there. Alternatively, you can store music files on a USB stick and plug it into the navigation system as an alternative to using a CD player.

Sorry, but the 2018 Cadillac XT5 doesn't come with a CD player, neither as a standard feature nor as an option. You can't get the optical CD player as part of the CUE Infotainment System, even the one that used to be in the glove box. You can connect an external third-party CD player through USB, but there isn't an official CD player available for installation. Just be cautious about how adding third-party equipment might affect your warranty.
