The 2003 Ford Expedition does not have a recall for its fuse box. To access the fuse box, locate a small seam or crack to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it up. Inside, you will find multiple fuses. There should be a diagram on the back of the panel you opened that shows the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not there, you can also reference the owner's manual for the vehicle. Once you determine which fuse you need, simply remove it. Check if the thin strip of metal connecting the two raised sections is intact. If it's broken, the fuse is bad and needs replacement. If the strip is still there, the fuse is good to go back in. New fuses are affordable, typically around $10.
