I recently had the frustrating experience of getting a flat tire while driving my 2015 GLK in the middle of rural Texas. My situation took a turn for the worse as we waited for five hours in the pouring rain for a tow truck to arrive. I frantically contacted all nearby tire stores in a fifty-mile radius, and luckily managed to find a tire that would work for my car. When the assistance arrived, they attempted to inflate my "run-flat tire," but unfortunately, it couldn't hold the air. Additionally, the wheel lock was missing, causing further complications. With the appropriate tools, they were eventually able to remove the tire. Being stranded on the side of the road in the cold rain next to fast-moving trucks was a scary experience. I am now seeking a resolution to this tire issue, or I might consider selling the car. It's clear that run-flat tires don't always live up to their name!

In 2015, my Mercedes-Benz GLK350 does not come with run-flat tires, but it does have a small inflatable spare tire kit with a compressor located in the rear storage area.
