The Prestige 3.0T version has run flat tires, and the top-of-the-line Premium Plus 3.0T AWD trim has all-weather run flat tires that can go up to 100 miles after getting a puncture. The base 2.0T Premium model offers run flat tires as an option. Audi includes a tire repair kit with sealant and an air compressor to fix a flat tire.
