Is there a spare tire included with the 2019 Chevy Equinox?

In 2019, the Chevy Equinox offered the choice between a compact spare tire or a full-size spare. These tires were stored underneath the cargo area floor panel. To access the spare tire, locate the strap at the center rear of the floor and lift the panel back. Pull the panel towards you slightly, lift it up, and then remove it from the vehicle. Underneath, you will find the tire access panel. Reach in, grab the handle, and lift it out - it is secured with Velcro straps. Turn the retaining screw counterclockwise to release the tire.

I purchased my 2019 Equinox with low mileage and a warranty, thinking it was brand new. However, to my surprise, I recently discovered that it did not come with a spare tire or jack, despite being assured that it was fully equipped.
