I bought a brand new 2019 Civic Si from a Honda dealership and it didn't come with the original spare tire. Instead, it only had the "Fix-A-Flat" system. I found a store that sells authentic OEM wheels made by the manufacturer directly to customers, just like the ones on my car. I got the same wheels and tires installed on the car and now I have a full-size spare in the trunk that matches the four tires and wheels that were put on at the factory. Oh, and don't forget, I had to buy a jack separately because Honda didn't include that either!
