If you have a Toyota Corolla, you can use Valvoline CVT fluid for its continuously variable transmission. To change the transmission fluid, start by ensuring the car is parked on level ground and then open the hood. Locate the transmission fluid reservoir, which is usually near or on the transmission itself, and find the dipstick. Remove the dipstick, clean it off, reinsert it, and then pull it out again. Take note of how much fluid is in there and how much more you need to add to reach the correct level. Use a funnel to add fluid until it reaches the full line, or just below. It's important not to overfill. Once the container is filled, securely close it up, and you're all set.

Valvoline's CVT fluid in a 1-quart size works well with the transmission of a Toyota Corolla.
