My screen is dark, but I can hear the radio. How can I turn the display back on for the latest Sprinter model?

If the screen in your Sprinter van has gone black while the radio still plays, it indicates a software glitch. The screen is likely frozen, requiring a complete unit reset. To do this, press the volume knob to power off, then press and hold the knob until it restarts. This process typically resolves the issue. If the screen remains unresponsive even after resetting, there is a possibility that it has malfunctioned and might need replacement with a new one from Mercedes.
