I concur. I went through the entire setup process and u connect is nowhere to be found on my phone. What a terrible product... It's no surprise that companies prefer to lease these vehicles. They're basically disposable cars.

You need to ensure that U-Connect is linked in the Bluetooth settings; otherwise, it won't successfully connect.
